How We Support Youth
RAD Lab:Resilience & Development Lab
RAD Lab is a structured, trauma-informed program for at-risk youth ages 9–14 focused on strengthening resilience, goal-setting, leadership, and community connection. Through weekly guided sessions and hands-on projects, youth develop the skills they need to overcome challenges and succeed in school and life.
Activity Access & Mentorship Program
This program ensures that financial hardship is never the reason a child misses out on positive, life-shaping experiences. Rad Kidz Foundation provides activity sponsorships for skate camps, sports teams, arts programs, and enrichment opportunities — paired with intentional mentorship to support growth and belonging.

The RAD Shop – Creativity with Purpose
The RAD Shop is Rad Kidz Foundation’s mission-driven storefront that uses creativity to support youth empowerment and mental wellness. Through our Semicolon Collection and community-designed merchandise, we raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention while generating funds that directly support our youth programs.
We invite artists, creatives, and supporters to submit original designs that reflect hope, strength, and resilience. Each design becomes a way for our community to share positive messages, start important conversations, and contribute to real impact.
Proceeds from every purchase help fund Rad Kidz Foundation programs — providing youth with life skills, mentorship, and access to positive opportunities that build confidence and connection.

Rad Kidz Foundation was created from a deep belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, feel supported, and discover their potential. Founded by educator and community advocate Lisa Wilson, Rad Kidz exists to turn purpose into action — strengthening youth through resilience-building programs, mentorship, and expanded access to positive opportunities.
