Donations
All donations made to Rad Kidz Foundation Inc. are non-refundable.
As a nonprofit organization, donations are used immediately to support our programs, outreach, and operating costs.
If a donation was made in error, please contact us at info@radkidzfoundation.com within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Merchandise Purchases
All merchandise sold through the Rad Kidz Foundation online shop is produced on demand.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@radkidzfoundation.com and include:

Eligible issues will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
